Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

• Consulting & Operations: You keep our customers successful and happy. With your communicative talent, you will strengthen the customer relationship, proactively solve customer problems and thus improve our customers' satisfaction.
• Presentation & Sales: You are interested in our software solutions and enjoy presenting the latest functions online, at the customer's premises or at trade fairs. You like to speak and write in English or German and organize all commercial processes - from quotations and orders to contracts.

• A commercial, or media technical vocational training / studies
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English for business purposes 
• Enjoy presenting complex software solutions and have general communication skills
• A technical understanding and the ability to quickly adapt to new software
